Has anyone talked to their dealership regarding pricing of your vehicle, price protection and all?

I have tried. Can’t get our salesman to call/text back.

What is the estimated arrival date?

Almost a month is nothing compared to the 2 1/2 years of waiting, at least for me.

The estimates have been remarkably inaccurate... Anywhere from 10 days to a month.

Might want to double-check he still works there, I’ve dealt with three different people now that have come and gone since I placed my original order.

I called Ford Marketing multiple times over the past few weeks to confirm my "private offer" price protection, which should be $2450 with my Badlands originally ordered Oct 21. Ford couldn't find my certificate. But each time they said that they would "add it" to my account, whatever that meant. They were searching for it using my current address and name. I also emailed my dealer and asked about my private offer and he said they have a person that will handle all that for me on the day I take delivery. I replied and said I'd rather work it out now so nothing delays my taking delivery. I sent him the private offer wording from the FAQs that Ford had provided. He forwarded that to his manager. A day later he sent me an email saying that the manager found my certificate but it was associated with an old street address where I lived 2 years ago, but they have now found the certificate and will apply it to my order. Funny thing is the street address they had for me is where I lived PRIOR to getting my online $100 reservation in Aug 2021. It's not the address I used when I got my online $100 reservation in Aug 2021 so I didn't even think to have them use that address. I'm glad they figured it out. So if Ford Marketing or your dealer can't find your private offer and you've moved anytime in the past few years, maybe give them every address you've had for the past few years. Maybe that will help. It seems to be what helped them find mine. At this point I'm hopeful they'll actually apply the $2450 but we'll see what happens.

Modules just showed up (4/26 blend date). I spoke with my dealer a couple weeks ago - they confirmed private offer is applied at point of sale, and retail price protection will be mailed to me later after Ford sends them the rebate. I plan to have them confirm via email along the lines of "We agree to pass on any rebate to you related to price protection after we receive it from Ford".

Thank you! Second most excitement to uncovering that I had a production date (I've never received any emails).

It lives! 4/26 date, but was second shift I think so modules live this morning. I didn't realize the roof racks were getting done at the factory instead of dealer installed equipment, so built email might take a few days.

I've never received emails either. I would just check with ford support chat every Friday until I finally got a VIN

I went through the flow chart again and created a spreadsheet for myself to track everything I should qualify for. Interestingly, if I start from the 4/17/23 window sticker MSRP and work through the flow chart, the price I come up with is exactly the same price as the signed DORA sheet I have with my dealer from late 2022 when I converted to MY23 along with subtracting the private offer for the MY22 to MY23 conversion. So whether I start from the DORA and subtract the private offer, or if I start from the 4/17/23 window sticker MSRP and work through the entire flow chart, I reach the same number. I hope that makes sense, I'm probably not explaining it well. Anyway, I sent both versions of the pricing to my dealer as a spreadsheet just now and asked them to please confirm that's what I'll be paying. Both versions work out to the same price and represent a total of $6,600 savings as compared to the window sticker MSRP generated on 4/17/23.
