the first 2 years 1 month wait was nothing, as compared to the wait from the time of blend date 4/27 to now.. i.e. after they raised the expectation by giving a delivery date and then radio silence :-(

Right? Whenever people said that during my 2 year wait for getting scheduled, I scoffed. But man … the wait once you actually know it is physically built and out there hits different.

Yeah, once that tear tag populated and you knew it was alive, the expectations skyrocketed... Knowing it's just sitting in a lot somewhere for weeks on end.

The wait is over. 2dr basemansquatch. Here is my timeline to help those maybe figure out while waiting. Once it showed shipped it left MAP and was in Atlanta in about 5 days later by rail car. off loaded on Friday to ground transport and at the dealer (in Tennessee) the followng tuesday.!!

4/25 Build week, still says "in production" on tracker. Confirmed on a few different calls with Ford Marketing my Bronco was indeed produced and awaiting transport. Was able to get in touch with Ford corporate via email and they have promised to give me weekly updates and bring it up at appropriate meetings. Next update is this Wednesday.

I got her home!! Finally. Love this ride. Definitely worth the wait! So appreciate all the insight, and experience everyone shared during this very long process. Thanks @Pressurized for the mentoring. All went ok at the dealer, I don't think it would have if I hadn't done my homework.

Finally I see that the tracker was updated yesterday. It's built and now the wait for next milestone (shipping).

It will definitely be worth the wait Anand! Can't wait for you to receive it.

I guess the pending update was that it moved from IP to built. I talked to my dealer on Friday and it was still IP but he could see tire pressures, battery percentage and that it had 18 miles on it.

Just spoke with customer care and learned that the transition offer certificate’s expiry has been extended from July 5th to Oct 2nd.

It means you’re now on Dirt Mountain. I’ve been stuck there for 45 days and counting. My “update” has been pending for three weeks.

My last update was May 5th. Blew past three ETAs and have now realized that nothing they say is believable when I inquire. If there was one, the update would be.... "still sitting at MAP". Exciting.
