4/18/22 Build Week Group.

Did the service line tell you the ETA of delivery or ETA of completion? I have always received an ETA of completion/release which then has to be shipped. I am slated to have an ETA of completion/release June 17-23.

Ordertrack app says I'm awaiting shipment now. Ford tracker isn't working (and hasn't for the last week). No built email as yet.

No built email here and the ordertrack app still says on hold, yay me hahahahaha

Both ordertrack app and the ford tracker switched to awaiting shipment over night. No Built Email yet. Chat claims 6/18 at the dealer.

I haven't gotten an email since February.... ford app hasn't updated since in production 4/25... ford get it together please. ford chat still showing eta of end of June, early July. soooooo frustrating especially since I know it was built and is just sitting there.
I asked the same question and they said “estimated delivery”. I am on convoy to Iowa just FYI. However, it is ford so take whatever it is with a grain of salt
Hmm - I know mine is on hold but I get no information from the Order Tack app. It had me sitting at 4/20 blend date from the very beginning even though my sticker always showed 4/21. Just swapped to 4/21 this week.
I know it is not gospel and I am thankful for the free resource, but the app has not been very accurate for me.

Hope you have patience. Ours has been built since 4/25 and have been awaiting shipping via convoy to Southern Wisconsin (Madison area) ever since. Getting pretty frustrated honestly. There have been multiple broncos that have showed up at my dealership since mine has been built.
Haven't checked this build group for about a week now, after receiving my EDD of 7/31 I figured there was no hope. Come back here to see multiple people with build emails and pending shipping. Check the trackers, still in Production. Check with Ford chat, still on chip hold and still with a EDD of 7/31. I swear these day 1 preorders are cursed
Talked to chat this morning. Still "In Production" but they said estimated delivery to dealer 6/18 - which I know is BS because transit usually takes a month.
Same here... so weird that they wouldn't communicate something to customers that have orders with a build week and blend date over a month ago, when they at least have some info that it's on hold and an updated estimate (whether it's accurate or not).
So no chat agent has ever told me it's a chip hold. In fact they've always told me they can't see the reason it's on a delay.
Nice to see that a few more of us in this build week are seeing some progress. No updates from me. Still 6/18 estimated delivery (which again is BS because it takes 3-6 weeks to get a vehicle to my dealer in NC)
But no built email, still "in production", no hold listed on order track (I'm surprised some of you are seeing that). But dealer and chat do say it's "plant hold"
I'm not losing hope. I know I'm gonna get this vehicle sooner or later
