I Did the JKS mod on my 2023 Bronco Badlas with SAS to allow me to run 37’s

when cutting off the crash bar/Body mounts it left a huge gaping hole where mud dirt and other debris collect and is hard to clean out.

I am looking for someone with a 3D printer that has access to a Bronco with this JKS modification to print me some plugs for these gaping holes.

I am I. The DFW area, so if your in that area, i am more then happy to have you use my Bronco for measurements. Scanning etc…

I am willing to pay a decent and fair prices for this.

Work hard? Na, a few minutes in tinkercad, export, slice and print.. Printing is cheap cheap, and if it breaks or falls off you just print another one for next to nothing. 😁

How much did you leave? I haven't got to it yet but I had intended on grinding all of the rear mounts down to the frame.

I always intended to weld a cap on these after cutting them off. You will also have a hole on the inside of the frame rail too, so dirt/mud can still collect in there if you don't address the other side.

I bought the JKS kit about 2 years ago and just haven't gotten around to installing it. I now think I am going to end up selling it and getting the Stink Fab weld on body mounts since I'm already going to be doing some welding.
