Was wondering if this number includes both 2dr's and 4dr's, or 3500 for each???

dont think they said, but I assumed it would be combined.
I agree, simply because they allow you to change between 2 and 4 door models. Based on the numbers I'm seeing in the other thread, I think there will be more 4 door first editions sold than 2 door models.

my guess is 3500 each. It is a "Family" of bronco. Why would they turn down $60K+ if they have buyers for a mass produced product?

When the gladiators launched, they all wanted the launch editions, but they f##ked it up so bad, there were so many left on the lot

It was so stupid what they did with the Gladiators. Should have only been 419. They then said they had sold out, but had clearly given them to dealers as allocation. Interested to see if the First Edition Bronco actually sells out or if they pull a Gladiator.

I think they left themselves a lifeline, the reservations explained post said that orders would be filled "approximately" in order they were received.

Will reservations be fulfilled in the order placed?

Reservations will be fulfilled in approximately the same order received, based on final ordering and production of similarly configured Broncos. All reservations will be completed before production of stock units begins.

My suspicion is that they may be oversubscribed on first editions, and we may see a wave of "wait lists" notes to come as we saw with the coach door continental.
So they are making as many first editons as ordered? Or is there a certain number? That would kind of ruin the first edition idea as they wouldn’t be as exclusive.

The people who ordered the launch edition Gladiator ended up getting theirs several months after the stock arrived on lots. Hopefully as you said, the reservations are delivered before any stock arrives on dealer lots.

If the price point didn’t go over well, Ford might have interpreted the limited edition as 3,500 Total combined of the 2 and 4 door versions. But I can’t imagine with a sellout within a few hours that the interpretation won’t be for 3,500 2 doors, and 3,500 4 doors?? With it being such a gray area in how they worded it, that would be leaving money on the table.

I placed a reservation for both styles of the First Edition. Don’t hate. My husband and I both want one and I’m not sharing lol. The reservation for the 2 door went through first. It had a HIGHER number than the reservation for the 4 door that was accepted 10-15min later. The 4 door had a lower reservation number?? Not sure what to make of that.

3500 total for both 2 and 4 door. This gives people the ability to change door counts when it's time to order.

Those 2 door looks though
The two-door is badass for sure, Being a family man, I picked the 4-door as this will be the family SUV 95% of the time and an Adventure beast the other 5% of the time.

I bought my 1st wrangler in 2007 because it had 4drs. Much more useable for a family. The 2dr Bronco for me will be a fun weekend vehicle that can haul the kids when needed
