'24 Aux switches

Where is the power distribution that I can connect things to? I'm an amateur radio guy and would like to be able to control power to various rigs. I have no idea where? I checked the big fuse block under the hood...lots of empty positions...is there a key to them somewhere? Or are they just blank slots? I just got this today and looking through the manual but no joy so far.
