Hello,
I have a '22 Outerbanks. I'm, truthfully, now doing a bunch more research as there's mods I want to do and I have the plastic standard bumper, not the "capable" bumper. I thought the plastic ones were phased out on the 22's? Anyone know?

Nope, my base 22 would have had plastic, had I not ordered it with the modular.

Got it, I thought the new "base" was the capable - no?

Capable (and the matching steel rear) is still only available to select trims (Black Diamond, Badlands, Wildtrak). However, it’s an easy enough swap over if you find one second hand.

Got it, thanks! In retrospect, I wish I added a Modular - I didn't, at the time, realize the base would be so limiting

No, the capable bumper was the new standard bumper for black diamond and badlands only.. which originally came with mod bumper standard. The mod bumper is now optional on all trims, not standard on any.

This doesn't include special editions..
