Looking over all the features and noticed that my 25 badlands doesn't have the washer sprayer for the front camera. Anyone else with at new 25 confirm?

Canā€˜t answer your question directly. But I never knew there was such a thing until relocating my front camera and the kit came with a hose extension. It works in sync w/ windshield washers. If it wasn’t there I’d never miss it. The rear is a different story. When I go to back into my garage after driving home in the rain, it’s the rear camera that’s wet and dirty and practically useless.

Do you go offroad?

Local gravel roads are enough to where I definitely notice the benefit of having it up front.

Off reading is a relative term here in Florida. It’s basically driving in the woods and on dusty roads. Or playing in the mud, which I don’t do. I almost never need to run in 4-low where the camera comes on automatically. In fact, usually 2-high is enough. Even on our annual wheeling trips around the country where 4-low is the norm it is rare that I leave the camera display on for very long.

I’ve wheeled in Colorado, Death Valley, Sand Hollow State Park in Utah, and various Jeep Badge of Honor Trails in Ga, NC and Moab. I didn’t know that the camera would stay on when running in 4-high. It won’t in 2-high. This is just me, but the camera converts three dimensions to two for the display. IMHO, two dimensions are of little value, except in a few very specific situations. My eyes give me three. I’ll get out and look if need be. I usually have Trails off-road running on the display and onX running on an iPad.

The beauty of our trucks is they allow for individuality. You do you. I do me.

Having the front camera be able to be cleaned is a great feature, and it’s a shame it doesn’t extend to the back camera.

I found it pretty dang useful when dealing with gigantic ruts recently. A spotter is great, but having an extra set of eyes never hurts.

My last vehicle didn’t clean the front camera - made it a bit of a pain in the winter because the road salt spray coated it, and there wasn’t much room for error in my garage when pulling in.

Yup, I guess Ford decided to ax it for some reason.
