MacHeikWhat dealership did you order from? I used McRee
It doesnt matter, Im not concerned if it takes a few months to be delivered, my question is if the order gets placed, am I not supposed to get a confirmation email right away (regardless of any limitations or shortages)?Do you have a constraint. My first OBX was 15 months but my current one (same exact build) was 3.5 months. There were many in my build week that ordered in April with production in June.
If you have your order number and dealership number (if you don't ask your dealer), a verification can be made with Ford costumer service through phone or internet chat. I never received an email from Ford until my Bronco was being built (11 months after my order), lots of people had a similar experience. It doesnt matter, Im not concerned if it takes a few months to be delivered, my question is if the order gets placed, am I not supposed to get a confirmation email right away (regardless of any limitations or shortages)?

Try searching your inbox for an email from "[email protected]" that's the address that sent my confirmation emailIt doesnt matter, Im not concerned if it takes a few months to be delivered, my question is if the order gets placed, am I not supposed to get a confirmation email right away (regardless of any limitations or shortages)?
Yes, you should have received a confirmation email from Ford. I provided my dealership my build and when the ordering banks opened in March 27th they ordered my vehicle. I received a confirmation email from Ford at 11AM that morning that included my build and options. It doesnt matter, Im not concerned if it takes a few months to be delivered, my question is if the order gets placed, am I not supposed to get a confirmation email right away (regardless of any limitations or shortages)?
The 2 door on heritage + heritage limited is temporarily unavailable to order at this time so your odds are def better here.. You'll def get the manual transmission but the wait might be a little longer (6 to 9 months from what I've been hearing)I ordered this week and got a confirmation same day.
If it takes longer to get a manual 2 door, so be it. I'm not getting forced into an auto.
I think my odds are still better than a Heritage.
That was optimistic... production doesn't even start until November. The very first deliveries will be late November into early December.
So unless you are among the first vehicles rolling down the assembly line... I would say Q1 2024 is probably a much more realistic timeline.
I also ordered a 2024 Wildtrak , but noticed that the rear seating has changed to a split seating and not the 60/40 seating, making it a 4 passenger vehicle instead of 5 passenger,, called ford and they said there was no option to change the seating unless I changed model to an outer banks. Has anyone else noticed this changeHey everyone! I’m new here, curious if anyone else ordered the day of the order banks being open. Also, if ordering same day of the banks being open and being a priority 10 is a good thing? Thanks in advance!

No change, 2 doors have always been 50/50 split and 4 passenger vs the 5 passenger 60/40 on the 4 door.I also ordered a 2024 Wildtrak , but noticed that the rear seating has changed to a split seating and not the 60/40 seating, making it a 4 passenger vehicle instead of 5 passenger,, called ford and they said there was no option to change the seating unless I changed model to an outer banks. I noticed verbiage on the 2024 bronco order guide that didn’t mention the standard 60/40 on all bronco 4dr models. Built the 2024 wildtrak and it showed split rear seats built the outer banks it had the 60/40 split called ford chat and they said the ford webpage was right2 door is split seating. 4 door is 60/40.
I’m confused with this My dealer has been unable to confirmI noticed verbiage on the 2024 bronco order guide that didn’t mention the standard 60/40 on all bronco 4dr models. Built the 2024 wildtrak and it showed split rear seats built the outer banks it had the 60/40 split called ford chat and they said the ford webpage was right
thank you. Ford webpage shows split seats on the 4 dr on my build. Which confused me. I built it several times and it continues to show split seating which I thought was a mistake. Thanks again for clearing it up.
