Some people dont know how quickly $$$ can fly when building your Bronco up to how you would like it. This for example is a solid 25k build.
Dave B.'s 2023 Bronco Wildtrak literally came straight off the rail car and into our hands for a full build - it still has all the wrapping and manufacturer shipping decals on it!
We started with a Whipple Superchargers Stage 1 Upgrade kit featuring a hi-flow intercooler, Roush intake and tuner. Then a 3.5" Fabtech Motorsports front and rear remote reservoir coilover suspension system featuring front tubular upper control arms and rear adjustable lower control arms for dialing in the alignment. A Fabtech rear adjustable trackbar was also added for centering the rear axle after the lift. Next, a Fabtech aluminum tie rod kit with Heim joints replaced the vulnerable factory rod ends, followed up with a JKS max clearance frame chop to completely eliminate the factory crash bars and their frame mounted anchor points.
A set of 37x12.50 Recon Grapplers from Nitto Tire USA were mounted on 17" polished Riot Beadlock wheels from KMC Wheels, with a tailgate reinforcement bracket added to help support the matching spare tire.
The Wildtrak front bumper was then swapped out for an Addictive Desert Designs Bomber bumper and skid plate, stuffed with a trio of LP4 LED lights from Baja Designs as well as a pair of Squadron cube lights at the corners. The rear bumper was also exchanged for an ADD Bomber bumper with an additional pair of Squadron LED cube lights.
Last but not least, a pair of electric step sliders from Rock Slide Engineering will help protect the rocker panels while aiding in entry & exit.
