If you have the shocks, you are your own best friend here. Not many people will be familiar with what your roads look like. Have you tried turning the compression knobs to see what the effects are?

Absolutely... suspension bracketing is the method you'd use to find what you like.
Find a section of road you're comfortable with and that is representative of your driving.
Find the compression adjuster and rebound adjuster if available. Turn rebound to the middle of the range and you'll work the compression damper. Open the damper all the way, backing the knob out. Drive the road. Notice how bumps are absorbed and how the car leans in turns, also notice how responsive steering is.
Take notes!
Now, add in some damping on the compression knobs, use a third of the available adjustment.
Repeat road test and take notes. You'll notice some bumps are not absorbed as well as before, but the car leans less in turns.
Add more damping and take a drive.
Once you have compression set to something that is comfortable for you, you can repeat the setup focusing on rebound settings.

Hope that helps!
