2022 Outer Banks default noises

Recently my Bronco has been using the default noises, like with its sensors, when I open the doors, etc. Usually when it does this, I just restart the car and it goes back to the normal noises, but it’s been doing it since Monday. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know why it’s doing it and how to get it back to the normal sounds? I can’t figure it out, and my husband noticed it and doesn’t know either. I like the normal sounds better, the default ones, to me, just sound cheap.

I have a 22 OB SAS. Mine is quiet, no noises that are odd. Are you talking about chimes or warning bells door still open, seatbelt not fastened etc or unusual noises?

I’m talking about chimes and warning bells. The backup sensors, when they beep, they sound like the default noises. I never changed them - I don’t know that you can. I don’t know how to get the normal noises back.

My back up or front sensor noises have been the same. I assumed it was the default sound

It sounds like your Bronco's system might be glitching and defaulting to the standard sounds. A quick reboot of the car usually fixes it, but since it’s been persistent, it might be worth trying a soft reset of the infotainment system. Check your owner’s manual for instructions or see if a software update is available—it could resolve the issue. If that doesn’t work, a trip to the dealership might be necessary to diagnose the problem. Hopefully, it’s a simple fix so you can enjoy the usual sounds you prefer!

It stopped doing it about a week or so ago. Normal sounds now.
