Hoping someone can help with some of the massive confusion I've encountered with my awful dealership. Like many others, I am an existing reservation/order holder that got pushed to a 2022. I am STILL waiting for my dealership to put my 2022 order in. They are completely clueless any time I contact them. Most recently, saying order banks don't open until 11/13 which I'm fairly certain is not accurate for existing order holders. Questions:
Is anyone else experiencing a similar situation?
Is it possible to switch dealerships at this point in time?
Any advice in general on how to handle this situation? Appreciate the "cancel your order" comments but not there yet.
