New to me (<7k mi) 2022 Ford Bronco. It's all stock (I think although I found an Ecoboost tuner in my center console) but I tend to mod my vehicles after awhile so I'm starting a journal now anyways.

From the factory it's:

2022 Badlands Area51 'grey' 2.3L 7spd 2dr removable hardtop
Fender flares

Aftermarket add-ons:
DV8 front license plate mount
IAG Ez Steps

Configured this exactly 2 years ago but I couldn't justify $70k then. Found it identical, almost brand new, for nearly half off and I could not resist! Absolutely love cruising the shoreline topless. She'll probably be mostly a pavement queen for a while but I'm sure I'll play in the mud or sand eventually.

2 door non Sasquatch Badlands is objectively the best Bronco configuration. Anybody who disagrees is jealous and wrong.

Possible factory or aftermarket add-ons (maybe some forum gurus can help me edit this):
DV8 front bumper (or just the license plate holder?)
Murica Bronco lettering (also has a big American flag eagle spare tire cover)
Side steps (Have a little yellow forest that matches the badlands patch pretty well but might be aftermarket)
Fender flares (DV8? Factory?)

I never really got wrapped up in the various badge models ....... until I had that Badlands in my driveway. (4dr)
I'd walk by it and just think, Gott Damm, I have a Badlands!
In the end though, I had to pick one .... the 2dr AMB Base base won.
7spd, mod bumper , roof rack.

The 4dr was GREAT, a fantastic multi-tool,
but the 2dr has soul.
End of discussion......
......Mainly because I'm out of space, which happens frequently with the 2dr. :ROFLMAO:😁

Why did you end up going with the 2 door version? I think the 2 door version is just too small for my tastes...

Can't see the grill well enough to tell you where the overlays are from, and the flares appear to be stock.

In my youth I used to love Blue fishing off Niantic and would head out to the Race from there on occasion- nice area.

Yes the 2 door is proper. I get if you have kids that it isn't practical..

Thanks I'll update the OP. Yeah there are plenty of blue fish still! (Sometimes too many makes it hard to catch anything else, but lots of action at least and man those guys put up a fight..)

$70k two years ago? Did they want $20k ADM?

Even now I think it's like $66k with these options but yeah there was a markup when they were newer. Maybe that was more like 3 yrs ago..

I would've guessed that a MY22 job1, Badlands like yours would've had a MSRP around $46k, I'm sure someone will chime in with what it was. Great Bronco, great color, enjoy.

Yeah plus options, dest fee, yada yada.. it goes up quick. Maybe it was a $10k markup then though when they were a hot new item. 🤔 Still this was in-stock the way I wanted it at a good discount so I couldn't resist. And thanks yeah the Area51 you can't get in a 2024 anyway but I love this color.

With price protection my '23 2dr non-Sas Badlands 2.7 auto with High pkg was $48k. I couldn't imagine paying near 70k for it !

It was due for an oil change, so I brought it to the dealer! LOL Figured I would pay the extra $50 since they would do the 10mi inspection for me and rotate the tires. While I still got some warranty I would rather they find things now but they didn't find anything anyway.
