They should be able to build most in 3 months. Full speed production is said to be 1200 per day. At 20 days per month, a 3 month total would be around 72k units. Some weeks will include Saturdays, so possibly even more. There's also the possibility to reduce Ranger production in favor of more Bronco production.
In general for new-model manufacturing, they will have a reduced number of teams and shifts. This "builds the playbook" and they sort out some of the kinks in production which disseminates that wisdom/staff to the other shifts when they come online.

Plus parts deliveries will be slow and have reasonable hiccups along the way with Covid.

Ranger production didn't hit it's daily production volume for a few months (and that was without covid!). While in "normal circumstances" there is no doubt that the manufacturing might of Ford can pump out 100K units a month if they wanted to, given real-world impacts and new-model considerations, I think they will be limping along at about 10K-15K units a month for a while. And possibly with a greater variety of 2/4 door and trim levels by parts availability instead of profit/demand than would happen in normal circumstances.
