2021 Big Bend, lights flicker won't start

2021 Big Bend, with 39,000, just started. Get in push break and start button... lights flicker like it is possessed. But won't start. Push button again stops. Look at video. Please let me know if anyone has had this problem and what to do. Taking to dealership asap. But can't make it do it in command.

Off the cuff have you tried putting the battery on a charger? It might get you running - but it looks like a bad battery from first glance

Tested battery, comes back great.
After pushing break and start button a few times, I stopped and then just pushed button to stop lights from flickering. Then pushed break and button... it started.
SMH....
This is my daughter's vehicle. I don't need this happening when she is out alone.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
