2-door is huge constraint

youve heared? from what build? what experience level? compared to what? I can tell you now a 2 door over say johnson valley whoops is anything but plush. i wouldnt even call it plush in a trophy truck let alone a short travel small tire short wheel base 2 door bronco.
I driven the 2 door bronco at high speeds over whoops?
I didn’t think so
Sounds like you’re coming to this conclusion from your experience in 2 door Jeep’s
. And for information I heard from the Ford engineers when I attended the bronco rodeo in Vegas.

I'm definitely 'Team Two Door", but I honestly didn't realize there was so much "heat" in the two vs four door debate. I think for pure off-roading, two doors are better. For any/all other practicality... four doors are better.

We have a four door JKU and a two door TJ unlimited/LJ. We drive the LJ 90% of the time we're just cruising around somewhere or going trail riding. It's just more fun and looks cooler. But we still love the JKU. It's there when we need to haul more people or pick up big items from the store.

So... I guess the best scenario is to have one of each. Ha.

I’ll just say this. My dealer has 13 retail orders none of which are apparently buildable units. He has 5 allocations for broncos the period so ford allocated him 5 stock units. All OBX’s with engines and packages all over the place. He changed two to black diamonds and tweaked the other three. So not sure where you are getting your information. I got my information from experience and seeing it with my own eyes in the ordering system plus talking to the owner who does the ordering do I would say that’s pretty accurate. At the end of the day it is coming down to allocations per dealer now and having parts for what orders the can build. I know when I ordered mine in 2021 I didn’t have the 2.7 or sas. But ended up adding that and dropping the mic and it got picked up in less than two weeks.
of course, the claim Ford made was no more 'retail' unit orders being taken, which is different than dealer stock orders. Even if they did stop dealer stock (and can you imagine the uproar Ford would get from dealers if they just lost allocations?), but they had ample warning of the stoppage and could have put in 500 orders each for what they want before the date.

Stopping new orders coming in does not in any way, shape, or form mean not filling orders already on the books for stock. It was a nothing statement from Ford that could mean almost any thing, but people hear what they want to hear.

Considering I don’t drag center in my fraptor at 157 I’ll be more than fine with 116 🤷🏾‍♂️
Nobody's crawling in their Raptor, they may think they're crawling but I have my doubts. There's multiple YouTubes with 4D 21'/22' dragging center, and they're not going over much. I've been crawling with 66-77 for a long long time, and any four door conversions usually run with us once or twice and then go back to the easier stuff. It's not new science that longer wheel bases drag center long before shorter ones do.

I also went with f150 raptor as an analogy. last I checked the raptors are the flagship trims. how many doors is a braptor? how many doors is the f150 raptor? how long is the wheelbase on the ultra 4? how long are the trophy trucks in baja 1000? for desert runs longer wheelbase = more stable, so theres that
How many monster stickers do you have on your F150? If you want to goalpost move your argument to try and make any sense.

Off-road = shorter
Desert/Baja = longer

But last time I checked 90% of the Broncos lineup isn’t desert runners and the ultra 4’s don’t have 4 doors. The Raptor only has 4 doors so Ford doesn’t exclude any Chads who need a car to show everyone how big their Willy is but also need the practicality of putting Timmy and Susie in the back for day care drop off.

I think the 2-door looks cooler, and the Braptor is just pure ugly, way too big. But if you think differently, good on you! Get what you want.

Well, my dad had a friend once that walked into our house as kids and we had one of those big box screens from the 90’s. He said, “no way that’s 65”, I’m getting a tape measure.” So I guess what I’m saying is yes and it’s probably this Chad guys, dad. Either way I agree lol, I like them both. I had an order for a 2 for my wife and a 4 for me merely because I liked how I liked how it looked sasquatched and I wanted some extra roof space if I had tasks at Home Depot. Eventually I got sick of Ford and bought a gladiator Mojave and love it. I just like to make fun of people who wrap their entire identity into the vehicle they drive.
