I have the corsa catch can on my 2.7 and it's only been on there about 1500 miles. I checked it last week and it def had some oil in it. I didn't measure it but it was enough to pour out. Idk if that is significant or not or if it is worth it but there you go.
I was looking on the Ford site and found that any mods to emission control can void warranty. The Ford catch can voids warranty it appears. m9677-b23. Since the 2.7 has the port injection and direct injection, Ford alludes to not needing this. They indicate it is designed for off-roading use only.

I installed a K&N catch can on my wife's Bronco. She's put about 20000 miles on it since the installation. I check it with every oil change. I use amsoil ss 5w30 and change oil at 5000 mile intervals. I've never gotten anything out of the catch can. I do run 93 octane fuel only and amsoil upper cylinder lubricant with every fill up. I think the can is a waste of money, at least in my case.
