Being that it's wide spread it must be the same problem for everyone it effected. Now its just a matter of finding out what caused this

On a side note, is this working for anyone? I was able to put my info in and at least see the window sticker is not there... now it just says "Cant retrieve VIN"....

Tried that one before too and had the same result but that link has always been buggy at best. I wouldn't put too much weight into it

People over in the 2/7 Group are having the same experience, EDD’s disappearing. BUT, last few posts are saying they are now showing “shipped”. Maybe the “mass shipping” thing has a ring of truth to it?

Well hmpf… my tracker changed, has date under In Production now of 2/28. But the EDD section is gone underneath. Mods still 3 digit. I guess patience is the key, but that isn’t exactly what I’m known for…

Now my tracker on my PC has updated to built on 2/28, but on my phone, the same tracker still shows "In Production". Regardless, no EDD...

After my EDD showed-up yesterday, I called dealer to confirm. He told me it was likely there would be an additional week delay due to shipping issues Ford is experiencing. Maybe it's related to the disappearing dates. Can't get my tracker to load this morning, so no idea where I stand atm.

Edit: Got tracker to load, and seeing the same thing. EDD field has been removed.

My tracker updated over night to built. I was a 2/26 blend date. No EDD on the tracker. Got an email from my dealer just now saying they received the invoice this morning and notice that my Bronco will be there this week. The dealer is an hour from MAP.

I also had the EDD removed, so it seems it's across the board. But my tracker still shows "Shipped" so who knows. Might have to call the Bronco hotline or reach out to my dealer.

Why bother having a tracker? It's largely been useless thus far anyway, requiring "back door" links, searching through hidden fields, and crowd sourced data analytics to make any sense of it.

I used to foolishly think large companies had the best and brightest, and a lot of times they do, but this is a fine example that the contrary is very common.
