The good news is that I just called Ford customer service and got my VIN. The bad news is that the scheduled production date was pushed back a week to 2/28. I'm sure the date will move a few more times over the next month.
In answer to your question, the Ford CSR asked for my 4-digit order code and 6-digit dealer sales code (which starts with "F") as well as my name and reservation email address. [Looks like TankCommander already answered this question, but at least our responses are the same!]

I actually decided to call again to see if I had been bumped back yet. Not only have I not been bumped, they have actually updated my status since last week with an actual build day of 2-23. I asked the Rep about how likely one is to get bumped and she said it just depends on whether they can keep their prior production on schedule. She did say that once you have been given an actual day for a build that it not only is less likely you will be bumped back, but in her experience, once someone has a day, if anything changes, it is that they get bumped up in the schedule (who knows if that is true). She went on to say that once you have a day, they do all they can to not bump it back.

I'm sure you have already read this 10 million times on here, I have the exact same build as you and last week finally pulled the Tow off as I only need a four pin and adding it right after I get my ride and sure enough, the next day I previewed and two days after that got picked.
I know, I should go pound salt right!
