Just so everyone knows, the hard top I put together for my '21 went right onto the '22 without issues. I used the cheaper of the two caps which was a no-no according to the parts catalogue. Again, no idea what the difference is between the M2DZ-78502G33-AA which has a list of $2,240 and M2DZ-78502G33-CA which is now $2,850, down from over $8K.

Need to go back and update the part pricing on my spreadsheet next week.

ETA: I don't want to give any false hope but I just checked the other 3 panels for the 4D MIC and prices have come down a lot. This might be the precursor to a kit coming out soon.

With all of the major parts retail I'm at $7,800. Need to check all the other parts but forum discount would easily put it under $6K.

I often wonder if it's more of a 2-door versus 4-door thing. My '22 2-door is quiet as a mouse. NO wind noise whatsoever. NONE.

My 4-door is plenty quiet too, but it's a 22.

The demand/supply for Bronco hard tops won’t level out anytime soon. Eventually, maybe in 3-5 years, they will be cheaper. $4k?
