The frame mounts were installed, nothing else was bolted up. They were modified to work with the Capable bumper. Turn lists it as working with the Capable, but it definitely doesn't without modification.

Will still work fine on the Modular bumper.

I'll definitely keep you in mind if he changes his mind. A guy local to me is interested but worried about installing it himself. So I think we're going to try to do the install at my house in the next couple weeks. So may be a little bit before I know for sure.
