Have the dealer call Ford Marketing at 800-334-4375. They will transfer the dealer to a department Ford has set up to walk them through the procedure. "Many dealers have no idea the resources we have available to them". Who's fault would
that be? Unbelievable!

Picked up my bronco today!!! Loved every minute of it. Make sure to check your mic top the inside of mine was all messed up around the windows by the back seats. My dealer said he never seen that before already got to put in a claim. Check your paint too mine had nick on the paint that needs to get fixed. Small Nick on the dash too. Make sure to use the checklist. I absolutely love it.

My tracker has reverted to "order confirmed" today. All the other steps still have the dates next to them, but the overall status is back to "confirmed". I wonder what that means.

Dude, mine too! I’ve seen this happen to others on here. Seems like maybe right before it switches to “shipped” but I’m not quite sure. I’ll call Ford tomorrow if it hasn’t changed.

It’s just glitchy. Mine is showing that as well but my vehicle visibility is showing my bronco is on a railcar as of yesterday. More than likely, yours are all on too

I received my shipping email and my tracker/Ford account updated to shipped. Email/Ford account has ETA of 5/1-5/8 and tracker shows 4/29-5/8.

Mine flipped back from "confirmed" to shipped, and I got my shipped email this morning with a shipped date of 4/9. Email says 4/18-4/24, tracker says 04/15- 04/28.
