I still don’t have much faith in the eta my dealer said he still shows week of 3-13 with no updates on his end

yup same info essentially mine shows. my guy basically said it shouldve been there latest yesterday but here we are... just frustrating when even the dealer is getting bamboozled.

I s/w chat today. Temesha was helpful, she saw that my vehicle was released to vendor and they are awaiting on the tow company to come pick it up. they said it should be picked up between 3/13-3/18. atleast thats more than i was given before... she said they are having convoy issues.

My dealer said another bronco showed up yesterday not sure why mine wasn’t on that truck too

sounds about right. I reached out to a friend who does inventory and office mgmnt and a local Ford dealer - she basically said there is no rhyme or reason. sometimes they get a truck with 6 vehicles, sometimes they get 2, sometimes 1. She basically said its up to the dispatch at the plant to get the truck set up and they usually drop at multiple dealers or meet up to dispatch another truck to go to another location. I get the method but atleast give us something here... it just sucks when you see "built" 3/01... then here we are two weeks later when the website says "this can take a few days to a week to arrange a delivery"...

I'm still in production....ordertrack.app says in production bit there is a freight id#...
I m hoping that means I'm awaiting shipping but who knows....how or where do yall find this chat feature?

My dealer just text a screenshot from their s/w showing;
Build week 2/27
Status; Released
Primary Status; Awaiting Shipment
Status Date 3/5
ETA 3/15 - 3/21

Last week his info was ETA by 3/13

Can't complain when they share all they know.
Without a doubt the storm Friday night / Saturday wreaked havoc with convoy shipping times; trucks can't get back to the plant and if loaded they can't travel through that kind of storm.

Thanks..chat responded quickly...u fortunately told me what I already know...just shows in production for 2 weeks.....killing me....builds before and after have shipped out....I'm an easy build..big bend mid pkg 2.7 sas....WTF!

I tried the chat deal for the first time since the youngster 'Bronco guru' at my dealer isn't the greatest with getting back to me. Chat says mine shipped via rail with CP, and is at their Chicago area rail terminal, waiting to be routed from there to wherever it goes to be routed to MN. ETA to the dealership is 3/20.

yep... not sure whats taking so long. Mine is a non sas 4 door MIC 7 speed, and mine got built relatively quickly. Unfortunately my dad has a base sas w/ manual on the way he reserved before me and he has been pushed to may.... so who even knows what the methodology is anymore.

My Bronco was marked shipped last Thursday, but as of yesterday CS said it was still in Wayne, Michigan. . I guess they are waiting to load up the train south. My EDD is 3/28-4/3.

On the bright side, I just got my baby Pic.
