02/28/22 Build Week Thread

Hate to look a gift horse in the mouth, but seeing all these MIC builds, I wonder if I hadn’t switched to soft top, would I still have kept this build date?

I definitely would not have. I’m week 3/7 and got picked ahead of about 55 others at my dealership. I switched to soft top in December.

if I hadn’t, I’m sure I’d be getting my end of year at the earliest. Plus the MIC top seems to not be very good.

Just got a window sticker and a blend date of 3/4! 1621/1783.

Got a WS today! Looks like there are a lot of 3/3 blend dates posted. We're 679/1783. Just over a year since ordering. Dropping from a OBX 4 door to a Base 2-door 7MT got us a build date the next day.

Dealer had no news for me yesterday, said it was listed as "in production" still. I don't think they know how to check though. Small town dealer. Just thankful to have a WS! Hoping to see some new born pictures soon....

My build date is 2/28. I got a window sticker today. Ordered in Dec. 2 dr BD.. Hope everyone gets good news soon.

My last gripe for this thread and I'll go away, nobody's fault in the thread of course but 100% Ford's ineptness at this process...... in the google doc for 2/28 there are two door broncos with window stickers, there are Badlands with window stickers, there are 2.7l with window stickers, there are High packages with window stickers, there are Sasq with window stickers........I didn't have ppf, tow or roof racks.....

So why did all those parts get used on broncos that were reserved after(some were months afterwards) my 7/13/20 reservation? I don't get it. So much for allocation(I have a vin so not an issue), gather the parts needed for my build(listed above) and was the only 7/13 reservation in the google doc....

@Ford Motor Company any ideas?????????

i jumped 15 people at my dealership by switching. Most of those still don’t have build dates.
