I so badly want to vent about my current Ford experience but nobody wants to hear it. This shit is ridiculous. 48 minutes and counting on hold with customer service

Look at previous build groups-the few before us never had 4 digit tear tags, but vehicles have been shipped and/or received. Ford is not updating trackers it seems….

Just checked and now have a 4 digit tear tag. 3/4 - 1281/1783.

Tracker still shows in production, but this is a step in the right direction.

I had a built progress on my ford tracker and now have a four digit teat tag. I haven’t been able to use tracker in two days for some reason but love chat told me it is currently in transit… anyone still having problems with the tracker?

i couldn't get it to work with Chrome but it works with edge or firefox

Tag and build status in tracker are up to date. 1621 in line

4 digit tag populated in the last 2.5 hours (checked at 7am central, was 3-digits at that time). Mine has said "shipped" since yesterday morning. Now that I've run out of stuff to track I suppose I will patiently wait....or sit here tapping my foot and lookin at my watch for the next few weeks.

I'm 0 for 2 on the chat function. First one said they don't provide any information on orders. The second gave me a non working number for the Bronco marketing team

I lucked out and the chat agent gave me the ETA. She confirmed it was the date when the truck would arrive at the dealer and it's likely they'd need some time to prep it, so not exactly my pickup date but still a good milestone.

same thing here. "in production" since 3/1 - blend date for 2/28 - awaiting for any updates. No updates with palsapp either. Checked on chrome,safari, edge, firefox and no changes have been made. hopefully ill hear something soon - i attempted to chat and they basically told me to pound sand.
