Why spacers? Just curious, I'm not well versed in wheels, offsets etc, still learning...just trying to get my online order right so I'm not stuck with a mess.

I'm leaning towards 11.5" rubber rather than the more common 12.5 as they will almost always be on road, assuming better MPG and possibly less noise with a 11.5", might also reduce the chance of rubbing with 0 offset?
