I hadn't heard about this and took mine through a car wash after the snow/ice storm to get the grossness off and I didn't notice any leaks. Are you really not supposed to take them through car washes?

On a slightly related note, one of the main reasons I got the 2D over the 4D is because the B-pillar positioning. I'm 6'5'' and on the 'husky' side, I sat in a 4D and my shoulder hit on the b-pillar an it didn't in the 2D. Also the head room is epic for a tall guy. I bought it out of state...

I just recently picked up this (new to me) 2023 Outer Banks. I cannot say how much I love this vehicle. It's so much fun just to drive around.
