Get some window tint with thermal ceramic insulating properties, and don't forget the front windshield as well(I put a very light tint on mine that isn't noticeable), it made a huge difference on MGV seat and interior temps.... And much cheaper than replacing seat material.

It shouldn't matter that you're wanting an oil change at 1500 (which is normally, tell them to just get it done.

Looks like most dealership techs don't really pay attention to detail, and usually won't take an extra 30 seconds to spray and clean residual oil splats, so in order to do it right, do the oil change yourself... Or find a place you can trust, but never a quick lube style place.
