I’ve purchased a skid plate that utilizes the factory bolts for the transmission crossmembers (mine have been getting pretty banged up)
torque spec appears to be 77 lb/ft however there is a notation saying to replace the nuts? Anyone have experience with this, and is this truly needed?

I’m looking at getting a 1/2 drive 100 ft/lbs torque stick for quick tire fixes using a 250 ft/lbs impact wrench. Something that will be trail worthy and not get wrecked like a torque wrench in the back.
