  3. Automatic power folding mirrors

I did ask about this, but it is not on their high priority list, as another company overseas has made a prototype already. They are trying to get ahold of a set so they can see what they have used inside, which I am told is probably either F150 or Explorer mechanism, with a new arm. I am always...

  5. Top 4 Mickey Thompson Baja Tires

Mickey Baja Boss A/T 35's from day one when I picked up Wildtrak. Best all around tire I have had on any 4X, period. When I went to 37's, got the same tire. Never stuck, great on the highway, and surprisingly, quite quiet for the size of the openings on the tread.
  6. Rear Speaker Pod 6.5" Upgrade from SSV Works - FREE SHIPPING

Got mine with the Kicker speakers, and sounds and fit was great. 2 door.
  7. Extending tailgate spare tire rubber bumper?

one of the benefits of having a place in the US my friend..... 😁 I don't mind the squash ball idea. Your goal is to stop any vibration from the bottom of the tire which could create stress fractures where the bolts connect the tire to the tailgate via the mount.
  8. Extending tailgate spare tire rubber bumper?

I used this.... https://barnes4wd.com/products/bronco-spare-tire-extended-bumper It is very good, as you can trim it to make fit. Soft rubber, easy to cut, and stays in place. I get no movement from the tire. It only acts as a steadier for the tire, but works well.
  9. Roll Bar Threaded Hole Uses

if you have a power ratchet small enough (1/4" one) you can do it without removing top. Still tight, and easier with the top removed, but can be done.
  10. Roll Bar Threaded Hole Uses

They are used for aftermarket accessories like Molle panels, or rear shelf.
  11. Is there any difference between the IAG and Mabett retractable cargo covers?

They are all from the same Manufacturer. None of the ones that sell here or on Amazon make there own products (even though they try and say that). I know, because I buy from the Manufacturer direct!!! I sell in Canada, and cheaper to boot !!

    Hawaii Bronco Club

Hey guys, I am renting a Bronco on Thursday the 21st while I'm here in Honolulu. Planned on going up to the North Shore for the day. Anyone want to meet up and maybe show me a FSR road or two on the way, or in the area? If so, PM me so we can exchange contact info. Thanks.
  13. Pro Eagle Jack Mounted to Tailgate Reinforcement

It doesn't mount to the tire carrier, as that is just moulded plastic. It mounts to a steel frame connected to the Hammer Built reinforcement. Like I said, strong, no flex, and I have no worries with it. Adding 50lbs to the reinforcement is nothing.
  14. Pro Eagle Jack Mounted to Tailgate Reinforcement

I was going to go this way, but I need the swingout of the tailgate for my shelving unit inside. My solution was to get a basket that mounts on top of the spare, and supports from the reinforcement. I can mount my Jack up there, along with other stuff as needed. No problem with flex at all.
  15. Dash Cam

Simular, but the front camera is built into the mirror, so takes less space up. I've been happy with mine, and the recordings.
  16. Easy Roof Light Bar Wiring DIY

Normally, I would say yes, but the seal on the removable top actually helps it seal the "V" so no need too. I've had mine like this for over two years, and no leaks. Everytime I remove the front tops, I clean the seals and use silicone spray on them so they stay as pliable as day one.
  17. Dash Cam

WolfBox, Hands down. The G900 or G840. I have the G900 and love it. Use it for recording Off Road for videos, and Wolfbox comes with it's own editing software that makes it easy to use. Has a front and rear camera, the front being a replacement for your mirror. The benefit for that is that you...
  18. Easy Roof Light Bar Wiring DIY

Don't Need to drill a HOLE !!!!!! If you look at the Windshield gasket, there is a "V" cut into the gasket for a wire to run over. This was thought out while doing the Aux switches. Don't put another hole in there for water to find it's way in. Mine has never leaked from the wire being there, as...
  19. Another DIY tonneau cover

If you cut a new front piece, and include the two bolts on the rear piece, then you can put a hinge where you have the cut now, and be able to lift and secure from underneath. When I made mine, I used the side as a template and ran it all along the side to the tailgate. Then I made a flat top...
  20. Another DIY tonneau cover

Nice work !!! Can I make a suggestion for easy access, you may want to put a piano hinge on the rear part so that you can lift it up like a lid for more access, and if you have a taller item that you are transporting.
