I'm still getting a clunking after replacing shocks. My front coils were marked so I have them orientated the right way. Not sure about the rear coils. At the bottom, the end of the coil is pointed toward the rear on both sides. So 1 of them has to be positioned wrong?
The saga is nearing the end. Are people just using brute force to get the steering shaft back in place? I have just the tip in for now so it won't move but i cant get it any further. Also Lower Control arm rear bolt hole won't line up. I think using the spring compressor to try to turn the shock...
Ordered the C-Clamp with the cup. I tried stacking an impact socket over the the top with a nut on the bolt on the bottom with a regular clamp, got sketchy pretty quick.
I was driving and observing other vehicles and was wondering this. Would it be the shape of the tailpipe? Mustangs are pretty easy. Others with dual tips can be noticed on a cold winter day.
I accidently pinched the extension wire for the rear camera when installing mine. Luckily an extension cable from a jeep wrangler fits with just a box cutter mod to trim the tabs off.
Mine arrived today! Will pick it up thursday. 6/3 blend date. A Cyber Orange arrived along with mine. First time i saw it in person and i really like it.
