I currently have a F-150 with the 2.7, 3.55s with 315/70R17. First gear is plently low enough. If the first gear is similar on the Bronco, I wouldn't worry about regearing until you start hitting 39s

The Explorer had a A4LD which is an automatic. It's a modified version of the C3 (Pinto uses this) with an overdrive gear. The manual was actually a 5 speed. I had a first gen explorer with the A4LD, that transmission grenaded at 120k.

I’m fine with going back to Hella Rallye 4000s. Had a pair on my ‘93 explorer.

Any ideas on a theoretical max lightbar width? I have some lightbars leftover from my ‘13 f150

Got my order in with Van Bortel. I'm 68# in line with several of the deadly sins. Likely looking at 2022 at this point.
