What a doofus (video above). The OP probably should have checked the order more often and stayed involved but the excuses that guy just vomited out are ridiculous. Those accessories were probably worth about $400 at most and could easily be removed. If the bronco is so desirable and sells...
My cynical side tells me this will all work itself out as the economy tanks. The manufacturers get to look like they’re trying to stop ADMs in anticipation of no one being willing or able to pay them anymore. See how it goes?
No worries and thanks for posting. Just wanted to verify tho, it sounds like the rack won’t work (or allow it to be opened) with the Sunrider top as it only opens over the front seats? No bars can be removed or sunroof section removed to allow the sunrider to open?
thanks
I called Gobi about a month ago to ask about the racks compatibility with the sunrider top. I was put on hold and then told I’d get a call back. Still waiting on that call back. I also emailed but got no response. I’ve moved on…
Yeah, the XM isn’t a big deal, I probably was going to drop the service at the end of the trial period but it’s just surprising how bad it is compared to my other vehicles. Maybe location of the antenna on the bronco. No biggie tho, still loving the Bronco! Hope you get yours soon
I’m in southern Maine and I do notice some interference from tree cover but I have XM in 2 Subarus and a Ram that all work perfectly. It’s something unique to the Bronco.
I’ve noticed the same in my OBX. The signal is so bad in the Bronco I don’t think I’ll keep it when the 90 day trial period expires. My Ram and my WRX work perfectly so it can’t be just the tree coverage. There’s something lacking in the Bronco
It’s the only one I’ve seen so nothing to compare it to but I think it looks good. Is there an area that I should be concentrating on? I’ve taken the front panels off a few times and it seals back up tight with no leaks or rattles. I’ve had it about a month and 1,000 miles. Maybe it’s too...
They look great but curious what your clearance is with the wheels cranked either way and the tire stuffed into the wheel well. Are you planning to off road with them installed?
Has anyone with a SAS and stock 35” Terrains installed these and done mild off-roading with them installed. I just 1/2 installed and decided to abort due to clearance issues. Just curious, I’ve got maybe an inch clearance with the wheel cranked?
Oh, and the quality and finish is great, just...
