I looked at shipping to MD and it was around 500 dollars if I were to pack it in a way I would be comfortable to ship. 300 for fedex ground and maybe 200 in supplies. Unsure I trust shipping it in general though. I imagine to colorado it would be a bit less.

You can ask the dealer about it. I had 8 people wanting mine if I declined receipt and 5 just saw it that day. Worst they can say is sorry its on hold now.

I think its going to depend on your dealer. I had one with the dealer I bought from sit for about a month. I waited until the next weekend to pick mine up (about a week). Usually its more a matter of how soon we can pick it up as it takes a few hours to get them ready for sale.
