Is it necessary to remove the brake calipers before painting them? Can they be masked off well enough before paint?

I’ve noticed, from day 1, some spots where the clearcoat has bubbled up on the hood. The truck is garaged unless I’m driving it. Anyone else have this Issue? What does warranty cover on this?

Also, Spray and Wash (laundry) worked as well.

I was able to remove my stains with Folex (carpet spot remover). It worked extremely well. Sprayed on agitated it with a toothbrush, let it set for maybe a minute and rinsed off. When dry, ceramic coated them with Adams Graphene. I’m completely satisfied with the results.
