The Sunrider was the first thing I did to mine and is by far my favorite thing I've done to the Bronco, and I've done a lot. We also have one on my wife's Gladiator.
It's been great for me. No issues at all. I couldn't imagine not having it.
Installed the Roush exhaust. Overall it was slightly less than two hours including taking off the spare tire and rear bumper, removing factory exhaust, installing new exhaust, and putting the bumper and spare back on. I'm very happy with it. Much more aggressive sound. I also have the Roush...
I know right. You think you're done and then you get to that final step and it's a doozy. There's gotta be a way they can improve that while still keeping a tight, no-rattle fit.
Installed the JCR tailgate table. It's much better than the Ford one (no drilling, no rattle) but it was still a bit of a PITA to install. Had to take spare off which is fine, but the final step of actually getting the table surface on was brutal.
I was trying to decide between getting the short rack only, or the full rack (which can be configured to short rack only). I have a Bestop Sunrider, so I'd rarely need the full rack and the full rack bars would be in the way most of the time. Anyway, I bought the short rack, and Roger at...
Unfortunately it seems that Ford shut them down a couple months ago. Probably a cease & desist letter for violating Ford's IP rights. There are imitators who have made similar product mentioned in the thread already. I believe OCDPlugs is one.
I didn't need any additional adhesive. Just used a...
I got mine from Bronco Depot and did mine the same way. No trimming required. See below.
But ultimately I didn’t like that configuration and moved the factory badge down as seen in the next picture. I’ve been much happier with it this way.
Installed the Mountains2Metal door pockets. When I ordered these, I had no idea they are made in the same small NC town where I live. Very cool. Small world.
Not sure about this poster but I ordered mine from Gear America and then ordered Area 51 paint from TouchUpDirect. Not aware of anyone selling them already painted Area 51.
We've got a Jackery Solar 1000 system. Currently on a family road trip using it in the wife's Gladiator and it's got enough juice to power our Dometic fridge for about four days without being charged. Very happy with it. Haven't tried to recharge via solar yet.
Can’t answer for @MUDLVR, but I’ve got the same on mine. I got black shackles from GearAmerica, and got the factory Area 51 paint from Touch Up Direct. Turned out very nice.
