With installing the dual battery system, the mount for the battery charger puts it about 3/4” above the normal stock cargo floor height so needed to install the American adventure labs rear cargo floor which clears the battery charger. It also allows for mounting a fridge slide which is an added...
Got the ARB compressor installed with the pressure control kit. Ran all the air hose underneath the car through the frame to each wheel well. Everything is hidden behind the rear cargo panels and cargo floor Now I just connect four short whips to each wheel and hit a button on my phone and it...
Install was pretty simple. Only ran into a problem finding terminals for 6ga wiring that would fit the battery terminals so just used smaller gauge wiring and paralleled them at a terminal post.
In order to get the wife to come along, I had to install some creature comforts. First up was a dual battery system to power our devices and camping gear as well as an ARB dual compressor.
Redarc 25 amp charger
Redarc smart shunt with phone monitoring

Next up was installing the Trailrax w/ PakRax roof rack so I can mount my GFC V2 RTT that had been sitting in my garage for 8 months. Also replaced the stock RTT mattress with a Exped mega mat duo inflatable foam mattress and added marine carpet to help with condensation. It’s just as...
Figure it was time to start documenting my build.
2023 Bronco Raptor
Ordered November 2022
Purchased June 2023 for $76k MSRP
First purchase and install were Fifteen52 Analog HD and adapters to change the Raptor bolt pattern to the regular Bronco bolt pattern. Wrapped them in BFG KM3s 37” x12.50
Prob would need to fab one on your own. I don’t think anyone sells just a riser. Even if they did, by raising the floor, you now have a gap at the front of the floor that would need to be covered up. The AAL floor has a bend on the end of it that closes that gap
That’s the AAL rear platform floor. It comes with that base to raise the floor before you put the aluminum floor plates on. I have that same floor. Without it then your stock floor won’t fit back on. IMO they did it on purpose with the the bracket so you buy their floor system. It’s not cheap...
I use two ROAM boxes up top on my trailrax rack. It pretty much holds all my camp gear. My cargo area inside the bronco ends up pretty empty because of them. I have the trailrax pakrax on the sides which hold my shovel, axe and fuel containers. I use ROAMs rack mounts for the boxes, rotopax...
Painted an extra set of black tow hooks with some code orange and also painted an extra bumper cover half black that I had laying around. Was a bit of a headache to get the modular bumper paint code but was able to find it and get a perfect match on the bumper cover. Prefer the look of the color...
I did the same. Pre-wired all my switches with weatherpack connectors so I can easily swap them later if needed. Got them from AutoZone at about half the cost as the link you provided.
Used this hose:

Might be talking about me. I did this on my Raptor. I ran the hoses to each wheel well along the frame underneath the car. In the back they are mounted in the wheel liner and in the front, they are mounted inside the crash bar frame. All lines are cut equal length and run to a manifold in the...
I only have one. It’s 300 for both the grille and grille lights. I don’t have the photo of it sitting in the box now but here’s some photos when it was on my badlands for about 300 miles.
