  1. Camera, shock recall - lesson learned & reminder of why I avoid dealerships

Dealership is not your local boutique pro shop. They set to do the same thing over and over again in the shortest possible time. If your aftermarket parts are in the way of getting your “free” service, it’s a big hassle, and likely done by a person who never read your w aftermarket parts...
  2. New Flowmaster Outlaw cat back exhaust installed today!

Removed mine after 2 months. Just too loud for me. Went back to the OE. Might try a different one down the road. If anyone in SoCal is looking for a half off one, hit me up.
  3. So many posts about MIC tops with stress cracks, anyone out there have an older Bronco without cracks?

2022 2 doors, top replaced without showing cracks at 15k, as it had a small leak. Now 31k no problems. But I don’t do enough off-roading I guess.
  4. Saleen Bronco #11 Delivered

I tried to get one awhile back, took them couple months to get me a price, and when I asked for installation instructions they went silent and never heard back. I might try again at some point.
  5. Do you get people trying to race you ?

No, but I sometimes try to beat Prius’s, and they are mostly wins 🤣
  6. Saleen Bronco #11 Delivered

Is the spoiler bolted to the top?
  7. Bronco reliability

Just under 30k miles: Transfer case and its sensors, wiring harness, hard top, manual transmission repair for noise, engine seals for oil leaks, currently waiting for camera recall. I'm pretty sure all the repairs are more expensive than what I actually paid for the car new. The good news is...
  8. Bronco reliability

To be honest It's the least reliable car I ever had, but the dealer service is great and when it's not broken I love it. There are only 2 more options for a 4x4 manual, Wrangler, and Tacoma. The 1st one I NO for many reasons, and the Tacoma is just too boring to make the switch. My buddy got a...
  9. First new Ford...Probably the last Ford

At $31k I paid for it new in 2022, I always considered it as a NOS 90s SUV with a modern engine. Fit and finish just like my 92 Miata, and I love it that way, as I don’t need to baby it. I don’t know what people are doing with their tops, but I pressure wash it every couple months and it’s fine...
  10. Ford Factory tune, over 500 miles, no warranty on the module.

Not sure what you’re talking about, I got over 15k miles on the tune, and it’s the best thing I’ve done to my Bronco.
  11. 2025 Broncos... 2-door going extinct?

At $75k it won't sell like hot cookies, than they will kill it as "nobody buys 2 doors"
  12. 2025 Broncos... 2-door going extinct?

    I had one 35 years ago… it’s wasn’t as good looking though
  13. 2025 Broncos... 2-door going extinct?

When you see something that you love , you better get it. I did it with my 2022 2dr Manual, cloth seats. The only way to convince me to get a new one is a V6/8 manual, which sadly won’t happen.
  14. Tail lights!! Limited to 3 sets for 199, first release on the entire network, the actual effect is really good!

These are nice! Do you have a brightness comparison to the OE?
  15. Does Ceramic Window Tint really Work?

Absolutely. I had 70% on my windshield, but decided to favor night drive visibility over cooling when I replaced the windshield. My from windows got 50% and the rear 3 got 10%. Best investment if you live in a sunny climate (SoCal here).
  16. đź’”Bilstein you have some s’plaining to do! 🤬

Got Bilstein in my 3000lb Lotus, while handling is awesome. The rear shocks leaked out at 50k miles and the front at 70k. Got think I can still find a cheap newish take off for replacement, but I’d never buy one at retail price. My Bronco got the cheap Hitachi, but they seem to be reliable, when...
  17. 7MT owners, do you use 5 or 6?

Rarely use the 6th, only when over 75 , flat or downhill and no traffic. It doesn’t have enough torque to deal with a speed change and dealing with the high wind resistance.
  18. Worried about the Bronco Engines now….

Same report as the one that showed bad safety? I’ve never heard anything real about it. 14k miles, heavy foot, 340bhp with the ProCal, manual and no problems whatsoever. Maybe I’ve got to go another thousand miles before the explosion, but I’m pretty sure it will do just fine. BTW the EcoBoost...
  19. Used Value Dropping Fast

What value? It’s not a stock market. I bought what I like, and enjoy my like with it. My 2 doors Manual is still more expensive than what I paid in 2022, but I can’t go with it to the supermarket. Just buy what you want / need and be happy. Life is too short.
  20. About ready to give up and lemon law my bronco

I know how you feel. My Bronco Base Manual was 2 months in for Transfer case and module, and entire wiring harness. The dealer begged me to lemon it so they won’t have to deal with it anymore, but they couldn’t promise a manual delivery even in 2025. Got it a month ago and so far it’s good. As...
