Edit: It's a little pricey, but you did say you like to fabricate!
I doubt Ford will be concerned about FE cancallations because they know the dealers will be clamoring for them to put on their lots sooner.
I plan on getting a Badlands but I actually like the Navy seats in the FE.
I guess the large hump in the middle of the steering wheel is the air bag. It sticks out pretty far. Not a complaint, but it just looks a little strange.
I am happy to have the feature available. I think it will be good for long freeway drives. All other times I will just have it switched off (it is not always on, it's up to the driver).
I use lane keep assist on the freeway but I hate it in the city. The worse part when it is on is it...
In normal driving on a dry paved road, if you have 4A, is there any benefit to every using 2H or is leaving it in 4A all the time ok? In rain & snow, is 4A better than 2H?
I want to be able to tell the wife to just leave it in 4A all the time and not worry about other options on the dial...
Seems like it is effectively AWD. More like All Differential drive (transfer case switching between 4H and 2H as needed). As far as wheel spin on one of the axles, it looks like that will be controlled by the traction control system and brake lock. There doesn't appear to be any "mechanical"...
I have the same question. But I don't think Ford Advanced 4WD is like Audi AWD. I believe the Audi transfer case is variable and splits the torque front/rear over a range (e.g. 85% rear 15% front or 40% rear 60% front, etc, whatever is needed). It seems like the Ford transfer case it either...
I had no idea that was possible. In that case, red top, white pillars, blue body and a āMURICAā personalized plate!
I need to read thread closer to find pillar paint info. If only Badlands I am surprised there are not more threads whining about it.
I picked shadow black for now (maybe white depending on top options). I was originally thinking Cactus Grey or Area 51 but it looks like the are the big two in the poll and I want to be a little different. A cactus grey with white top is cooler when u r the only one with one (unfortunately it...
ā25 years ago Ford told me I'm not a good customer and now they are saying that againā
Maybe they are just GOOD juDgEs of CHARACTER?
who knows? who cares?
From Motor Authority article (excerpt):
āThe 2021 Ford Bronco isnāt constructed like most other cars. Instead, itās like a life-size Lego car as every body panel can bolt on or off. The process isnāt quick and easy, but it should make the Bronco cheaper and quicker to repair, and easier to...
āI am backing out of this threadā
Yet you kept posting. Seems a little dishonest.
Whatever, the Bronco will be great. Looking forward to posting in future price thread! Maybe a few calls to Ford as well on dealer freedom.
