Have people had success getting the full amount? My understanding is that this is money the dealership gets back from Ford so why wouldn’t they maximize it for customers, unless the dealer has only so many dollars to use or they can take for themselves somehow. I feel like I’m going to not see...

Mine arrived at dealer yesterday in NJ after latest report Monday of being in the port of Newark. Just under 4 months to the day. Good luck to everyone else if you are still in limbo.

Curious what you did here exactly but appears you raised the whole shock mount unless is just the angle of the picture. That clearly solves the problem but not sure how you would do that without some cutting and welding along with a shock replacement.

Spoke to Ford chat today and I’m currently on a rail car somewhere in Ohio right now. They claim to not have access to the rail car #. ETA is this Saturday but range is today through 8/29.

Got the official email this morning… tracker dates have been accurate for what that’s worth, as is the revised ETA of 8/24-8/30. Hope that others are seeing progress.

Same as @Calypso. Switched to “built” on the pizza tracker on 8/12 and got a Ford email confirming the same, but nothing since regarding shipping. Dealer last week said Vinview showed 8/24-8/30. So that would imply it’s likely in transit (to NJ) but I have no current or exact details on...

Same here and same answers from Ford chat. I’m out east so going by rail presumably but still no tracking available from CSX yet either, so I suspect it’s sitting there on the production lot somewhere either waiting to be shipped, or worse, delayed for a missing part or something. Hopefully not...
