If you’re doing the whole wheel yes. Powder coat requires baking at 400-500 degrees. If you’re doing just the ring simply unbolt it from the wheel. It’s a cosmetic (beauty) ring.

Definitely check out a local powder coat shop, I bet you could get dang close! The shop I went to had 2”x4” samples you could take. Close to 20-30 colors. Probably 6 different shades of red.

They sand blasted to a raw metal surface then powder coated.

They have about 20 some colors to choose from. Gloss black is definitely one of them.

Sasquatch rings do appear to be different than badland rings. Mine don’t have the “fangs”…🤔

Powder coat is cheap, easy, and durable. It’s the way to go… under $100 for 5 rings.

Had the beauty rings powder coated to match the race red. The color of the powder coat is called “traffic red”. The cost for the powder coat was under $100 for the 5 rings. Cheap and easy mod for those wanting to “customize”. .

I have a case opened with a case number. I emailed yesterday for an update. Haven’t heard anything but I’m still fighting as well.

That’s what my dealer told me… that being said the email I received said nothing about that. No fine print no eligibility criteria, all it said is you will get 220k. I have a case open that is supposed to be looked at.

I’ve spoke with dealership and with Ford pass rewards customer service. I still haven’t seen the extra 220k. What was your build spec and did you have to change anything on your order to get your Bronco?
