I believe the issue is due to lack of coils. From what I can tell it is a 3 coil system. So not even bringing enough energy to compensate for the draw from wireless CarPlay. I wonder if replacing the 3coil with 5 or even 7 would be a better solution.

So I have the 9.0 edition. But the firmware was from almost a year ago when I got it. The last three firmware updates looked like it fixed issues with car play that I was hoping would resolve my intermittent issues of connectivity and extreme lag. Unfortunately the update bricked the device.

Their website doesn't say that. They even give decent directions. There was no way to mess it up unless I turned off the Bronco which I did not. Sent back to Amazon now. Looks like I can build the same device with a Raspberry Pi Zero or 4 and not have the limitations of a locked down device...

Well can't do this anymore. I did the latest update and somehow bricked the damn thing. It won't boot up anymore. I have an email out to MMB but zero response. To be honest this thing is a POS. About to send it back to Amazon.

That is correct. One thing to note the hardware is crap and cannot do much more than 360p. Anything higher the hardware cannot keep up.

I can confirm you cannot go full screen on the 12”

Just plug it in and it just works. He just used a USB extender.

Alrighty....you twisted my arm and I bought the MMB. So I have it "installed" but have NO clue how you did full screen. PLEASE share how you do this as I am not finding anything on searches.

Any settings you need to set for it to go full screen like your pics?

This is a good idea btw! I too had concerns about accessing the winch clutch. You could use one of the aux switches to move it one way or the other. If you figure this out I would like to replicate. I am not a fan of any the prototype bumpers only because of my LUX package. I don’t want to...
