the Sirius antenna is on the top side of the back roll bar. Likely that your roof rack is obstructing signal. I only have issues when traveling downtown when I'm beside tall buildings which are blocking the signal or if there is a ton of heavy, wet snow on top .

Ive noticed mine leaking there once or twice. Never happens in a car wash. I've only ever noticed it while sitting inside waiting out a heavy downpour but couldn't pinpoint the source. The water drips land in the same location as your photo though. really wish I could catch it again
