Been back and forth with Ford for the last couple weeks. One thing good is I actually have the actual order for the Raptor with the Preview Order number and Sales Code. I really believe they screwed up, and instead of going thru my original order, they used one of their own Raptor allocations...

When you say ‘time stamp’ are you referring to when the original reservation was placed? ($100 dep). I ask because my dealer seemed to not use my original reservation to place order. Are you under the impression that reservation holders will get the Raptors before the dealer allocations...

Just looked at mine. Not only do they not have the Raptor, they show an entirety different Bronco than the order I placed in October. I think my dealer just doesn’t know what they are doing.

Same thing here. I did not get confirmation email. I emailed my sale person who asked the GM (who actually placed order) And was told I would not get one. I called Ford. Ford said I will not get one because the dealer used another allocation (not min). Very confusing. I gave Ford my Raptor...

Ford really dropped the ball on this one by essentially screwing over their reservation holders. They initially allowed Golden Ticket holders the right to switch dealers, basically protecting the consumer. They later changed their mind giving dealers the ability to screw over their reservation...

You need to call ford and let them know. Ford really wants these to go out to GT holders at a far price. . you have till the 28th To purchase.

Good point. That’s why Ford will have to eventually send emails to contact their dealer to place order. Just got it!!!

Did you get email? My dealer thinks I’m wrong even though Ford said I could do what you did. Did you actually get a final email from Ford showing the Raptor order?

I called ford today and was told it’s the 24th. Needless to say, my dealer said they can’t order it for me yet (GT holder). yet Ford rep said they could. Left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. We are also supposed to get an email that says we can place orders. Haven’t heard of anyone...

It would sure help if Ford sent the email they are supposed to, to show order bank open. I called Ford and they assured me I could order my Raptor and to call dealer. When I called my dealer, they thought I was wrong And had no idea what I was talking about. That was coming from the sales...

I have not, and wonder the same thing. I know they are giving us to the 15th (or at least that seems to be the consensus, but feel like want to get this thing finalized especially with the MSRP pricing issue)

Possibly. Good question. The standard seats are not power seats. Could be the reason if true.

Agree. They clash with several other outside colors.
