Are you snapping the top downward with some force? Or are you manually holding the corner latches open until they clear the latch points? After adjusting the latch lever positions laterally to match the new catch offset (caused by installing the rear corner bracket behind the factory catch)...

I got the call to pickup my Bronco in McKinney about a week after it arrived in Mesquite. The dealer had prepped it and performed the windshield recall in that time. But I got no heads-up about anything, even when I asked about it. Just the call saying it was ready.

@Firefight911 made me question my assumptions. The thing I disabled was "Wireless App Projection", which prevents Android Auto until I connect via USB. BUT, I was still able to stream music to the Bronco over Bluetooth without having Android Auto connected. The two things aren't tied together...
