Any luck with eliminating the turbo lag from stop? I've installed throttle booster, K&N and soon to be intercooler and still have a huge dip when smashing gas from dead stop. If it still lags, I'd probably pass.

Started working on audio upgrade and found the under steering column bracket already rusting. Guess I should replace before I attach my amplifier. You'd think @Ford Motor Company would use decent quality materials in an off-road topless vehicle. Anyone know replacement part #? Only a year old...

Found a small reference in manual. Only references 2.3L, I have 2.7L. Guess it's a dead gauge.

Probably not. I'm using the Ford Sub Delete for subwoofer and amp. Might be too big against panel. I'm having pro installer complete this portion of install with wiring. Curious on options.

Where did you mount the AudioControl LC7i? I'm looking at a similar set up from my local installer.

You can just purchase the Sub enclosure Part # MZDZ-18808-L from Ford, and then just find an AMP and sub-woofer that fits. Since I have a 2022 2 door, I think I'll have to modify the enclosure and cut out a place for the speaker cover.

Great information, and I've done tons of research on all three (Cv, Mishsimoto, Whipple) and looked at their specs. It seems all are fairly close in outlet temp, +core volume, +fin surface area, and better air flow (assuming you believe the engineering results). I think I'm going with Mishsimoto...

Ahhh......can't find a good video of Intercooler install for 2.7L, only 2.3L. So I simply unscrew shroud and no effect of dropping intercooler out with unhooking shutters?

I would, but FLA. I thought that Intercooler was too thick for shutters? Full removal of those?

Sounds like a plan. I upgraded dash with JBL 421F and tryed rear with SSV Pods JBL Club 622. Fiddled with Forscan. Still sounded like crap. Working on an AMP solution with different speaker options.

AMP and Sub? I'll check them out.

I've tried everything to get better sound out of this with new speakers (Forscan changes), but it still sounds like crap. Sad. I've talked with Crutchfield, and came up with a Tweeter (Dash), Woofer (Kick) and 6.75 in Roll with PAC and Amp (no sub). The Kick's come with a low pass filter. Way...
