Not sure, but 500 Miles and then again around 2,000 miles. I did notice small slivers of metal in filter on last change.

Valvoline Motor Oil. After spending 16 years working for them, I definitely trust the quality. Motorcraft filters, or even STP extended. Seems like Motorcraft does the job.

Finally looked at the gauge while driving. Ahhhhh...........I definitely am a light foot. I didn't see it boost much over 8 or so while accelerating, but the pony is still quick.

Agreed. But if I can find it cheap, then remove and replace is easy. Stay clear of dealer on this one.
