I can't afford one either. A base two door with Sasquatch is $52 000 Canadian. Instead, I'm going with a Ranger XL with FX4 package. About $20 000 cheaper, and more than capible. Plus I'll have to the space to actually take things with me on my off road adventures.
I'm out too, I think, I haven't decided. A base with Sasquatch is too much money. I can almost get two XL Rangers with FX4 package for the same money. Plus the room in the back, and box to actually take stuff on adventures.
What does my grocery bill have to do with anything? I wasn't explaining my issues with DD a 2 door, just a typical family's possible concerns. And, not everyone has a Superduty they only want to drive on warm days.
I'm assuming people are concerned with room for groceries, getting passengers into the back seat occassionally, and getting stuff home from the hardware store. I don't think anyone is worried about actually driving it daily.
Can't be for a paying customer though. Hardly any factory add-ons on Ford.ca, unless the buyer wanted nothing added. I'm guessing this a model that's going to be used for dealer training.
Amsoil does make a ulv transmission fluid. And it's 100% synthetic too, not a cheaper blend like all the others.....

Both an XL and XLT. Likely just get an XL. I don't need all that fancy XLT stuff. I don't even want the stuff that comes on an XL lol. I want metal floor, metal ceiling, am/FM radio, crank windows, and manual locking hubs.
I may splurge a bit, and get a black XLT with the blackout...
I built and priced a base 2 door Bronco with Sasquatch. The cost didn't warrant what I get for my money. I've been waiting for the Bronco for 5 years. Kind of heartbreaking.
I'm going with Ranger extended cab XLT with FX4 package. Possibly a leveling kit. It'll do I anything I need need...
I sell Amsoil. Put Amsoil Signature Series oil, transmission, and differential fluid in it the day you buy it. It's 100% synthetic.....the best cooling properties of any fluid on the market, and it maintains its viscosity at high temperatures. It's warranty secure also.
Anyone know the model name and/or model number of the Yakima rooftop tent? Looks like a one person tent, with room left over on the rack for other gear ?
I'm looking for a DD, but I'm out every weekend, back roads, mucky mud puddles.....hunting, fishing, bushcrafting, hiking etc. I want a nice looking capible truck but don't have deep pockets.
I've been doing some research, comparison and price comparison between the Bronco and Ranger...
I'm totally off.
Here in Canada a Base Bronco with Sasquatch is $52 000. I'm going with a XL Ranger with FX4 package, $38 000. And I'm guessing the Ranger will equally, if not more capible. Definitely more room and more versatile.
I'm cancelling my reservation. Here in Canada..,....base 2 door with Sasquatch is $52 244. No other options added. I can buy a decent house for $100 000.
I'm going with an XL Ranger with FX4 package. Maybe even a Tacoma.
