I don't think standard lights are configurable in any way. I bought a take-off set to mess around with because I prefer the look over the signature lights, and there are no modules or LED drivers on then like the signature lights have. Not 100% positive on that, but that's my guess from looking...

Check for a drain blockage, mine flows like a river anytime the A/C is on. If the unit is not draining correctly, the water has to go somewhere, which would be the vents.

Are the crash bar mounts designed to crumple in an accident? I know they are welded to the side of the frame, may not be a good spot to pull on. Not sure how that works, but that would be a lot of side leverage to the weld. Typically recovery hooks are best mounted in-line or within the frame...

They timeout after about 10 mins if you dont open any other doors, at least on mine they do. The light control buttons are on the overhead console. Not sure which does what, but one should turn them all off. Possibly the one closer to the windshield in the passenger side.
